Distributor theatre company

I have been a distributor for a theatre company for 8 years and we are dedicated to creating shows for children and families.
I am self-taught, but I have been helped by many people. Then I did a professional course on this subject and I pleasantly discovered that what I was doing was right and it reaffirmed me to continue in the same line.
The positive aspects of my profession are that I like and enrich what I do, it gives me a lot of self-esteem and makes me happy.
The skills and competences needed to develop my work are basically listening to people a lot to know what they like and to be able to offer it to them; to speak with a lot of passion about what we do; to have a lot of patience.
