Real Estate Agent

I have been a real estate agent for more than 13 years.
This profession does not require specific studies, although I have a degree in Law, which helps me to develop my work, although it is not necessary to have a degree to practice.
I consider the positive aspects of my profession to be the way I deal with people, that I can help people with their housing needs, and that it is a very varied job which means that there is never any room for boredom.
The skills and competences needed to develop my profession are very varied: you have to be a bit of a psychologist because I have to detect the needs of the clients, know how to deal with everyone; also legal knowledge for the contract part; also marketing skills, knowledge of linguistics and grammar to know how to write the advertisements and catch people’s attention; also common computer skills that are needed in all jobs.
