João Hilário

I attended the Electrical Installation Technician course at Inforpreparação, in Oeiras, Portugal.
The company I am working for is owned by an acquaintance of my uncle. During the course, I did my work-based training there. The owner of the company is an electrician, he needed a helper and thanks to my electrician’s certificate when I finalised the course he hired me.
My work requires manual dexterity, strength, and being able to visualise what a client wants done. I like having clients who are companies and others who are individuals because it diversifies my work and knowledge, and I like doing installations from scratch. I do not like the fact that the working hours often have to be extended to complete tasks.
I am currently enrolled and waiting to start a course in telecommunications infrastructure in buildings to deepen my knowledge in my professional area.
