Mr Vasilis Rafail is a Project Manager in the Municipality of Egaleo. He holds a B.Sc. in Psychology (University of East London) and an ongoing M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology and HRM (University of West London). He is specialized in Music Therapy (Athens Opera Conservatory), Positive Psychology (Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology) and Life & Business Coaching (IEK AKMI). Vasilis has over 4 years of experience in writing and implementing over 20 European and National projects of various strands (ERASMUS+, HORIZON EU, AMIF, INTERREG, ACF, etc.), as well as 8 years of experience in experiential learning, being a certified youth worker in the development of horizontal soft skills. He was a finalist in World of Difference 2020 competition of the Vodafone Foundation, working as Project Manager of the mobile application Connect your City. Finally, he is also one of 100 young people worldwide to be qualified from the United Nations on the Local Pathways Fellowship 2021 of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
