I have 20 years of overall experience in international projects financed by European Commission and USAID in the social, educational, democratic governance and work force development field. During the years of professional engagement, I have established excellent working relations with number of professional associations, line ministries, media, local self government and the business sector.
Most of my working assignments were linked to project assistance, coordination, communication, organization and management. Along with the project coordination, I was also responsible for managing the administrative procedures such as preparation and managing the contracts for suppliers, verifying the invoices and supporting documents and processing them for further approval and payment, conduct and participation in the bidding process, budget forecasting and reconciliation.
I have organized and facilitated numerous events such as round tables, public debates, trainings, promotional events, developed the content for promotional materials, promote the project activities in the media and contribute for the branding and image development of the Projects.
I also gained experience in working with students, young unemployed people and persons with disabilities, helping them bridging the gap between the supply and demand of the qualified work force, through internship programs, delivering trainings on job searching strategies and career counseling.
This type of job requires excellent communications and organizational skills, great flexibility, teamwork spirit, work under pressure and respecting the deadlines.
I have a Master studies at the Department of Sciences of Education at the Faculty of Education, University of Bologna ,Italy, on the Educational Dimension of International Cooperation, as well as experience in HR practices and as a trainer and mentor within GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) program related to career development.
