Ho completato il corso professionale di Receptionist d&#8217;albergo nel 2017, quando vivevo ancora a STP, attraverso la scuola VET portoghese Escola de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Tur\u00edstica e Hoteleira dos A\u00e7ores, che \u00e8 stata presente per erogare la formazione per un anno e mezzo.  Il corso di formazione mi ha permesso di acquisire tutte le conoscenze necessarie per lavorare come receptionist d&#8217;albergo, dato che non avevo alcuna esperienza precedente in questo campo. Ho iniziato a lavorare presso l&#8217;hotel Sundy Praia sull&#8217;isola di Pr\u00edncipe e nel 2018 sono venuta in Portogallo e ho iniziato a lavorare presso l&#8217;hotel Aldeia dos Capuchos.<br \/>\nIn questo lavoro \u00e8 necessario avere ottime capacit\u00e0 di comunicazione, sia con i diversi team dell&#8217;hotel che con i clienti; parlare lingue straniere &#8211; almeno l&#8217;inglese &#8211; ed essere disposti ad aiutare i clienti a risolvere i loro problemi. Mi piace che in questo lavoro ogni giorno sia diverso, incontrare persone da tutto il mondo e aiutare a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
